The property, offering roughly 7,300 square and on a long term lease to its main tenant Deutsche Bahn AG, was the 557th property of the pubity AG portfolio.

The closed public AIF "publity Performance Fund Nr. 6" has sold the prominent "Haus der Wirtschaftsförderung" in Duisburg after an 18 month holding period. publity attained the property in April 2016 as the portfolio’s 559th property and has since been able to acquire numerous new tenants. 

publity AG has sold a 3,000 square metre office complex in Munich-Unterschleissheim via the closed public AIF "publity Performance Fund No. 6". During the almost two-year holding period, the publity asset management was able to significantly improve the leasing status and value of the portfolio’s 545th property.
