publity's aim is to create, safeguard and optimize the real estate assets of it`s investors. With its investment in the German real estate market, as well as the planning, management and control of all measures to increase its value and marketability through professional and efficient asset management, publity meets the individual investment objectives and strategies of its investors.

publity AG is now managing another property in Cologne. The property consists of one office building plus connected production hall. The property's construction will be finished in 2017. It will be marked by well known tenants and high quality furnishings.  

publity's asset management-portfolio is now extended by another property in Northrhine Westphalia. It now comprises also a property in Luxemburger Allee 4 - 8 in Mülheim. Three building parts house a total usable area of appr. 16,600 sqm and 253 parking lots. 

publity extends its asset management by a property in Ruhr-area. The property in Ahstraße 22 in Gelsenkirchen is mixed-used. It is situated directly within Gelsenkirchen's city centre.

Publity expands its asset management in Northern Germany by a property in Norderstedt. The property "Campus Schützenwall" is well-known for its tenants. The office building consists of appr. 20,800 sqm lettable area and offers 511 parking lots. 

Once more, publity extends its portfolio by a property in Cologne. The office building in Edmund-Rumpler-Straße shows a good occupancy rate and has great value add-capabilities. The abc-tower, another successfully administered property, is located within walking distance. 

publity expends its asset management-portfolio in Northrhine Westphalia. The property "Quattrum" in Ratingen was constructed in 1993. It consists of one building and has its name thanks to four patios. 

publity once again adds to its asset management portfolio with a high quality single tenant property in Frankfurt's surroundings. The lettable area has a size of appr. 15,000 sqm. The property is known as Wetzlar's best in class office property.

publity Performance Funds No. 7 is now the owner of a property in Northern Germany. The property has a plot size of 9,555 sqm and commercial space amounting to 5,522 sqm. The newest extension to the building being in 2009.

The publity asset management portfolio acquires another property within the suburbs of Munich. The "Sunsquare" in Kirchheim is a high-quality office property with excellent expansion and development potential. 

A further acquisition for the successful publity AG management portfolio in Eschborn. An office building boasting 10,400 sqm of commercial space, an underground car park and a single long term tenant. 

publity Performance Fund No. 8 acquires its second property. Located in the Mollenbachstraße 19, Leonberg, the property offers 6,000 sqm of commercial space and is in the booming economic area of Stuttgart. Here lies an excellent opportunity to increase value as there is still 30% available for let. 

 

publity Performance expanding its portfolio in the Frankfurt area with the purchase of an office block. The property, almost completely let and offering 8,900 sqm of commercial space, is to be found in the Pallaswiesenstraße 180 - 182 in Darmstadt.  

 

 publity AG purchases another property in the Rhine-Ruhr-region. Situated in Essen Bredeney, Karstadt headquarter lies in close vincinity to another of publity's managed real estates, the office park Bredeney.

publity Performance GmbH extends its real estate portfolio by a property in Northrhine Westphalia. Situated in the first row of the industrial area North in Holzwickede, it presents itself by strong tenancy relations.

publity Performance purchases another TOP-real estate at the Ruhr-area. The property in Mülheimer Straße 100 has a lettable area of approximately 3,650 sqm. It is situated directly within Duisburg's city centre.

publity again purchases a property in Frankfurt's close vincinity. The modern office building in Bad Homburg was built in 1991 and revitalised in 2014. Currently, almost all of its 5,327 sqm area is fully let.

publity Performance adds to its real estate portfolio with another high quality-property in Neu-Isenburg. It has a lettable area of about 7,040 sqm and can be found in direct neighboorhood of another of the Performance's well-functioning properties. Neu-Isenburg is located within the real estate area of Frankfurt am Main, one of Germany's areas with the highest real estate potential.

publity AG expands the portfolio by another high profile office building. The office park Bredeney in Essen is a commercial property with great market chances on a economically strong location.

publity AG purchased the 32,767 sqm comprising property Deelbögenkamp 4 in Hamburg. The well-known property is let to several famous insurance and telecommunication-companies. The anchor tenant is the Verwaltungsberufsgenossenschaft (VBG).

publity purchased another promising property in Aschheim-Dornach. "Haus VI" of Humboldtpark adds to publity's portfolio in Munich's vincinity. The construction of this office building was finished in 1999. 

publity AG took into its portfolio another piece of real estate in the Frankfurt am Main conurbation, the property at Alfred Herrhausen Allee 3, 5 in Eschborn. This office building, completed in 2002, offers a rental surface area of approx. 41,000 m².

publity Performance GmbH's Fund 6 has bought a property in Unterschleissheim, at Lise-Meitner-Strasse 4. This office building has just under 3,000 m² space to rent. Currently, there are five tenants in the building, providing 84% occupancy. They have 34 underground and 13 outdoor car parking spaces available to them.

With the MC 30, an impressive property in the Merton area of Frankfurt, was purchased by publity. The five segments that make up the buildings do not only offer stylish entrance and outdoor areas on the 16,349 m² site.

Situated at Max-Glomsda-Strasse 4 in Cologne is the Car Center, acquired by publity in July 2015, which is fully rented. It has a total of almost 5,200 m² across two storeys. Its site of 14,400 m² offers 280 car parking spaces, and 7 HGV places. The principal tenant of this property is the city of Cologne.

This office building in Oberhausen was acquired from Bilfinger. The four-storey building complex was constructed by Bilfinger themselves and completed in 2013. Various Bilfinger divisions are in place as long-term tenants. The four-storey building complex, located on a 11,317 m² site includes 89 outdoor parking spaces plus 111 underground spaces.

The new property acquired by publity AG in June at Boulevard 1-11 in Bielefeld is a multi-purpose building in the centre of Bielefeld, a location for start-ups and science-based companies.

The building was built in 1993. The mixed use office building in Neu-Isenburg has an especially impressive main entrance. This gives access to the generously sized and well-lit entrance hall, with a glass-roofed atrium helping to provide an excellent indoor climate.

This building constructed in 1999 is notable as a three-part modern building complex with three adjacent areas behind it for research and development in a central location in the Ratingen commercial area. The building is in very good condition and has a highly functional architectural design.

This Düsseldorf property was built in 2002 and fully modernised in 2012/2013. This almost fully rented building has approx. 16,600 m² of floor space and 273 outdoor car parking spaces as well its own underground car park.

The "Office park on the Einsteinring" in Aschheim - Dornach, with its impressive architecture is a prestigious location for a company intent on growth.

The up-market "ARTECOM" office complex is located in the "Osterfeld" commercial area in Ismaning, a well-established office location between the airport and the centre of Munich. 

The office complex' main attraction is the breathtaking view as well as the pleasing geometry of the building's unique architectural design. In the centre of the building is an impressive atrium. Bad Vilbel is on the northern edge of Frankfurt am Main and offers superb connections to important traffic arteries as well as one of Europe's major airports.

The abc-Tower is a landmark commercial property with outstanding location potential. With its 17 storeys and a stately height of 65 meters, it is the reference point and symbol of the Airport Business Park.
